The Department of Mass Housing Construction (TOKI) has put up for sale 15 land plots in Kusadasi, Aydin province at once. The total estimated value of land plots is about 1.8 billion Turkish lira (TL); they are sold at auction.
The auction will take place in the TOKI office building in the Bilkent district (Ankara) shortly after the New year - on Thursday, January 5, at 10:30. Applications for participation in the auction can be submitted online.
Buyers will be able to claim the plot if they are ready to pay a 40% down payment; new owners of the land will be given a 48-month installment plan to pay the remaining amount. Also, after the purchase, the final square footage of the plots will be clarified, which now may not be 100% the same as the real one.
Kusadasi is a resort area, a large city and a port, so land plots here will be in great demand in any case. Especially in the context of the opening of the Aydin-Denizli highway, thanks to which the route connecting some key settlements will be halved: from three to 1.5 hours.
And as a place of acquisition of residential and not only real estate Kusadasi is gradually gaining popularity for more than a year.
