Low-income people announced preferential conditions for buying real estate

In order for low-income citizens to acquire their own housing, thereby unloading the rental market, TOKI outlined the conditions for the purchase of apartments. Namely, what requirements applicants must meet; these requirements have been worked out for some time.

To count on the purchase of housing on preferential terms, you need:

- be a Turkish citizen;

- reside within the region/district where the TOKI project is located for a certain period of time;

- do not belong to other preferential categories such as "invalids of war and military service", "widows and orphans", etc.; do not have already requested housing benefits in this area;

- do not own a detached house or part of it (fields, orchards, vineyards and summer buildings on them do not belong here);

- be 25 years old or older at the time of application;

- the monthly income of the family should not exceed 14,000 Turkish lira (TL) for all family members, including children and dependents.

If all the requirements are met, you can apply for social housing ownership with a monthly payment of only 2,000 TL and with a repayment period of 180 months, that is, 15 years.

So far, these conditions apply only to buildings that TOKI is building in three provinces: Bartyn, Chorum and Rize. But over time, their list will theoretically be expanded, and quite soon.

In mid-spring, TOKI announced a 25% discount campaign. Well, the construction of residential complexes from the Department of Mass Housing starts all over the country on one site after another.
