A new conceptual project called "the best in the region" will be implemented in Sakarya, which has become a centre of national and international trade due to its strategic location, which is important for Turkish industry. It is about Paye Sakarya, a joint venture between Halk GYO and Haldız İnşaat. It will fully meet the requirements of the "sustainable development" policy: the project has received an international Leed certificate.
The housing development is being implemented with horizontal architecture principles featuring social infrastructure, landscaped spaces and spacious terraces in residential areas. There will also be 34 shops to meet the most diverse daily needs of residents.
The stated investment value of the Paye Sakarya project is 3.5 billion TL. It is planned to put it into operation by the end of 2025.
As a result, there will be 426 residences, including 144 2+1 apartments, 204 3+1 residences and 78 4+1 flats. The focus was on building density balance to make it convenient for all residents of the innovation complex.
The focus was also on ensuring the safety and sustainability of buildings. As for the location of Paye Sakarya, the future community is located 2,300 metres from Sakarya Stadium, 3 km from Adapazari, 4 km from shopping malls and 5 km from the local educational and research hospital.
At the same time, Turkey is building several more innovative projects ahead of time: one of them will appear in Istanbul next to the Mall of Istanbul, and the second one will be located in Çamlica.
