A new era awaits the Turkish real estate market, which will begin with the launch of the online platform GABORAS (GOS). The purpose of the new platform is to provide a wide range of services related to the construction and sale of real estate in Turkey: from issuing construction licenses to buying and selling new and secondary housing, obtaining mortgage loans and insuring real estate.
The pilot launch of the Google-based platform is scheduled for next Sunday (with a user audience of 200,000 people), but GABORAS will start operating in full in 2023. To date, preparations have been completed for the four-stage launch of a large-scale project, which was announced personally by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
Turkey's online real estate exchange GABORAS will combine all existing online services on one secure platform that is independent and provides objective information about the Turkish housing and commercial real estate market. The initiators of the project declare that they will use the best world technologies, as well as that GABORAS will become the world's first virtual real estate stock exchange, which allows you to safely carry out all types of transactions: buying, selling, renting. The platform will work in six languages, all operations will be instant. For example, it will be possible to get a bank appraisal of a property in just 20 seconds via any mobile phone.
