A new interesting joint action was launched by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change and the Office of Mass Housing Construction (TOKI). Now low-income families who agree to take out a loan in the amount of 500 thousand Turkish lira (TL), housing will eventually cost 199 thousand TL cheaper: this is the «bonus» for this promotion. And not the only one - as part of the December campaign, in addition to the low price, support for private housing lending will be offered.
The interest rate on such a promotional loan will be determined in accordance with housing prices, but in any case, it will be less than the standard: only 0.69% per month. Thus, as part of the campaign, those who take out a housing loan in the amount of 500,000 TL with a maturity of 120 months, with a monthly payment of 6,140 TL per month, will eventually return 736,873 TL to the bank.
