The Office of Mass Housing Construction (TOKI) announced the sale of housing as part of two different projects in Istanbul. This is not the first action from TOKI, not for the low-income, but for citizens from the middle-income category. Thus, the application can be submitted without the mandatory requirements for «minimum income».
45 residences are looking for new owners: 33 – in the project on the territory of the Syutluje quarter (Beyoglu district, Stmbul) and another 12 - in the Bakyrkey district.
In Bakyrkei, 9 residences have a 4+2 format, the remaining three are 3+1. Prices start from 8.94 million Turkish lira (TL). In the Beyoglu "fork" project, prices range from 2.2 to 4.38 million TL.
3+1 lots in the TOKI project in Bakyrkei can be purchased with a 30% down payment and a maturity of 60 months; 4+2 - with a 12% contribution and also with installments for 60 months.
In Beyoglu, the maximum repayment period is 120 months, but the entry fee is 50%.
Also, a state support campaign was announced for buyers of factory houses.
Recall that new elite projects continue to appear in Istanbul; two of it – «No 27 Residence» in Beylikduzu and Stüdyo House - are being built by Özyurtlar Holding.
