The elite project implemented by Mutlu Inşaat in Buyukcekmej (Istanbul district) is popular: despite the fact that construction is still underway, some categories of villas have already been sold out. The deadline for putting the complex into operation is scheduled in five to six months, in December 2023.
In this project, called Villa Blu, 32 villas with lake views are designed. A nice feature of Villa Blu is that each villa has its own swimming pool; there is also a personal extension with an area of 50 sq.m.
The villa formats are 4+1, 5+1 and 6+1. The most budget lots - if you can even call "budget" mansions with four bedrooms - have already found their owners; at the moment there are villas with five and six bedrooms on sale. The developer is ready to "adjust" the terms of sale to a potential buyer by offering an individual payment plan.
Bab Istanbul sales to Zeytinburnu have also recently started in Istanbul; and a giant Saklı Koru complex is being built in Küçükçekmej - more than six hundred residences will appear here.
