The Cengiz Holding Bodrum project has finally started. The complex, which is being implemented on a land plot of 678,000 square metres, will include 100 villas and a hotel under the international Bvlgari brand.
However, the project does not have such a simple fate: its implementation was canceled twice for a certain period of time. Although the developer is reliable: Cengiz Inşaat, which has won many tenders for construction in the field of railways, airports, tunnels, highways, subways, dams, including real estate. Some attempts to cancel the deal are explained by the fact that the question of whether the free sale of public land plots is possible in attractive places on the Aegean and Mediterranean coasts, for example, in the provinces of Antalya, Mugla and Mersin, has not yet been resolved.
The developer bought the land from the Privatization Department in 2012 for 277 million Turkish liras. The site has become much more expensive.
So, a large project with villas and a hotel will be located in the investment-attractive area of Bodrum — Jennet Bay (translated from Turkish as "paradise").
By the way, another huge hotel is being built nearby by local standards — for 550 rooms, in Milas.
