IN ANKARA, A COMPLEX OF ABOUT 500 RESIDENCES WILL BE DEVELOPED

A brand-new project, Next Capital, will be constructed in Ankara, the capital of Turkey. The project, developed by Zeray İnşaat, will consist of 491 residences and 91 commercial premises. The declared value is 1,950,120,329 Turkish Liras (TL).

The complex will be built on a land plot of 34,769 sq.m., with a total building area of 183,109 sq.m.

The housing units in Next Capital will be divided between six blocks, with a maximum building height of 21 floors. Blocks A, B, D, E, and F will each have 82 apartments, while block C will have 81 apartments. There are plans for improvement of the adjacent territory. Residents and their guests will have access to a parking space for 1,178 cars, including indoor parking for 454 cars and outdoor parking for 724 cars. The construction is expected to be completed within 24 months.

As for Ankara, another significant project, ONYX Ankara, will be developed in the Sincan district of Ankara. It is worth reminding that aside from residential and commercial properties, land plots are also available for purchase in the capital.
