A complex of 488 residences will appear in Sultangazi

The local municipality (IBB) delighted the residents of Istanbul with good news: a complex of 509 real estate units will appear in the Sultangazi district: 488 – residential, 21 – commercial. The volume of investments in the project is estimated at 392,200,815 Turkish liras (TL).

It is planned to start work immediately after obtaining all necessary permits; the process of assessing the environmental impact of the future project is currently underway at the site. After all, now it is practically a mandatory point in the construction of all new complexes in Turkey.

The format of the apartments varies from 1 +1 to 3+1 (living room plus bedrooms, from one to three). The total living area of all buildings is 16,162 square meters. As for commercial premises, there will also be a cafe and a small shopping area.

The territory of the new complex in Sultangazi will be improved and fully landscaped: the project provides pedestrian paths, gazebos, playgrounds, etc. There will be both open and closed parking lots (for 435 cars). It is planned to plant 292 trees on the territory of the new complex in Sultangazi, the area of the planned green zone is 7,155 square meters.

It is planned to put the complex into operation at the end of 2024: it is then that it is supposed to start settling.

Among other important projects for the metropolis, we will mention:

  • Antteras Nev, where sales started;
  • eight new residences that will appear in Arnavutkey;
  • Alya Merkezefendi project in Zeytinburnu.
