The Fuzul GYO developer has signed a contract to implement a project in Firuzköy (Avcılar district, Istanbul). There will be a large residential complex for 1,100 apartments with 50 commercial areas. The total land size is 46,782 sq. m.
Fuzul GYO has recently invested heavily in new housing projects. It was reported that a residential complex for 500 residences would be built on a plot of land in Kayabaşı in the Başakşehir district of Istanbul province. In addition, projects in Pendik and Ispartakule were discussed actively in 2023.
According to reports published at the end of 2023, the total value of Fuzul GYO's investment portfolio increased by 68.28% and amounted to 8.165 billion TL. Furthermore, 70% of the apartments in a residential complex managed by Fuzul GYO were purchased within two hours of the sales launch.
Another residential complex from the same developer was announced in Avcılar as well.
