In Turkey, a long-awaited action has been launched by many: the sale of so–called «service» housing (lojmans), within which you can buy, in particular, duplex apartments with their own access to the garden.
Almost simultaneously, announcements appeared in a number of provinces that such lojmans were put up for sale. This public housing is sold at rates much lower than the market, but not everyone can apply for it: certain requirements must be met.
Anyway, the lojmans will soon find new owners. For example, of the already published ads, the lowest price is fixed at only 56,000 TL.
There have already been many ads for the sale of lojmans in the provinces of Aydin (where, in particular, the apartment mentioned for 56,000 was found); Izmir, Konya, Van, Kirshehir, Malatya and others.
Recently we wrote that 21 «preferential» residences will be sold in Ankara, but under a different state program. As part of the upcoming actions from the Department of Mass Housing Construction, budget real estate will be auctioned in 14 cities at once.
