Ilbank announced that it is selling 98 plots in seven provinces at once. It is quite possible that this is a «collateral» land inherited by a financial organization from bankrupts and defaulters of loans; whatever it is, it will not create any difficulties for new buyers. But it will be important to them that the terms of purchase are very advantageous: firstly, the price is only 30,000 Turkish lira (TL), although there are expensive plots: the maximum price is 147 million TL.
Secondly, they are exempt from VAT. The initial payment is required only in the amount of 25% of the value of the land plot, and you can pay for the remainder of the debt in two or even three years (24 or 36 months).
In particular, land plots are offered in very popular provinces. Thus, 18 real estate objects will be sold in Ankara, 13 in Denizli, 4 in Istanbul, 66 in Mugla at once, 2 in Mersin, as well as one each in Samsun and Eskisehir. The auction will take place next week, on August 23.
