Kempinski Group has signed a contract with developer Nef for two luxury complexes

The world-famous Kempinski hotel group has agreed with the Turkish developer Nef for joint projects in Bodrum and Sapanja. The contracts were signed in the amount of 365 million euros.

Kempinski Group, which has long considered scaling up its activities in the Turkish market, will entrust Nef with the construction of two luxury complexes at once, which it will take under its management. Future residents of these residential complexes will be offered service residences with hotel services.

Investments in Kempinski Hotel - Residences Sapanca are estimated at about 130 million euros, and in Kempinski Hotel - Residences Golkoy – about 240 million euros.

Kempinski Group has been represented in Turkey for a very long time, since the opening of Çırağan Palace Kempinski Istanbul in the former Sultan's palace on the banks of the Bosphorus 32 years ago. Nef, being a recognized expert in the construction of luxury real estate, appreciated the management opportunities offered by Kempinski.

In Sapanja, geographically close to Istanbul and having great potential in terms of premium real estate, the construction of residences and villas in five different concepts (styles) is planned as part of the new project. The project is planned to be commissioned in 2026.

Recall that last summer, Nef announced the sale of land plots with a loan rate of only 0.39% and interest-free installments for 24 months.

Well, in Istanbul, hotels in popular locations appear one after another; in particular, two hotels at once - near the New airport.
