February sale of factory houses implies subsidies to the poor

Manufacturers have again announced promotional prices for prefabricated houses of factory assembly.

According to the price list of February 16, 2023, you can focus on the following tariffs:

housing format 1+1 with an area of 33 sq.m – 187 900 Turkish lira (TL);

2+1 with an area of 50 sq.m – 249 900 TL;

2+1 with an area of 55 sq.m – 229 900.00 (instead of the recent price of 287,375 TL, that is, almost 60 000 TL cheaper);

2+1 with an area of 59 sq.m - 287 900 TL;

2+1 with an area of 70 sq.m – 249 000 TL (instead of the previous tariff of 297 500 TL: here the savings will be 50 thousand TL);

2+1 with an area of 78 sq.m – 324 900 TL;

3+1 with an area of 81 sq.m – 346 900 TL;

3+1 with an area of 100 sq.m – 429 900 TL.

Consultants remind that a number of land plots owned by citizens imply the construction of such a "factory" prefabricated house with an area of no more than 250 square meters.

The place where the prefabricated housing will be built must be documented – that is, it must be privately owned. If the property is shared, then you need the consent of all shareholders for the construction of the building. It is also necessary that the site can be connected to electricity, water and heat supply systems.

The authorities clarified that families living below the poverty line can apply to social assistance funds and apply for a subsidy to receive payment for such a factory house. In advance, you can make such statements by calling ALO 183 or ALO 144 social support phones, as well as on the Internet: via the website http://www.turkiye.gov.tr .

Recently we wrote about the possibility of getting up to 200 000 TL for the purchase of a factory house.

Sales of such "ready-to-assemble housing" take place regularly in Turkey; one of the last was in December 2022.
