The network of bicycle paths, to which the Mayor of Alanya Adem Murat Yudzhel pays great attention, is expanding. Now an agreement has been signed with Ilbank on the preparation of a site for the implementation of a bicycle trail on a 4-kilometer coastline between the districts of Turkler-Payallar-Konakli in the western part of the resort town.
The tender for the search for a contractor, held under the joint control of Ilbank and the Municipality of Alanya, was successfully completed; the necessary documents with the company (which will implement the project) were signed.
So, along the Turkler-Payallar-Konakly route there will be a 240 cm wide bike path, a green pedestrian zone, terraces for recreation, exercise equipment, benches and everything else for the comfort and recreation of tourists and locals.
There have been a lot of social and other facilities in Alanya in recent months: among them is a new women's dormitory for students living in remote areas, another clinic is planned (which will be built at the expense of a benefactor), and not only. New roads in and around the city are designed to save time and even gasoline for the inhabitants of the region.
