Sales are in full swing in the «status» complex Primera Alacaatlı for 324 residences, implemented in the capital of the Republic of Turkey, in the district of the same name (Alacaatli).
Lots here are designed for a wealthy buyer: 5 + 1 and 6 + 1. The complex can also be considered «iconic» due to its infrastructure, where there is even its own cinema, as well as a large landscaped area.
The minimum price for one residence is currently 6.82 million Turkish lira. The purchase is available in installments for 12 months.
The commissioning of the new complex is scheduled for June 2023.
Recall that Ankara got into TOP-10 «most convenient cities to live in» on the territory of Turkey. Many developers have their own projects here; TOKI also builds a lot.
