Özyurtlar Holding, a long-established and well-established brand in the construction and real estate sector of Turkey, announced the launch of two of its new projects at once: «No 27 Residence» in Beylikduzu and «Stüdyo House» in Yspartakul; both districts geographically belong to the province of Istanbul.
The infrastructure will include both residential premises and commercial areas. Both projects are planned to be commissioned in 24 months.
«No 27 Residence» has three blocks of eight floors; 240 apartments (all in 2+1 format) and 22 commercial lots are planned here.
Fully equipped apartments will have underfloor heating, built-in wardrobes and other additional amenities. The residents of the complex have access to a Turkish bath, sauna and gym; there will be a 24-hour reception and accommodation service.
The complex is located within walking distance from Beylikduzu Metro Station, university, private schools, hospital, market and shopping centers.
The «studio» will be located in one building; it will be a 15-storey building with 195 residences («studios» 1 +0 and apartments 1 +1) and 10 offices or shops. By the way, residential residences are also great for using them as a «personal home office».
Another advantage of the Studio is that each floor offers a panorama of the lake/sea.
The Chairman of the Board of Özyurtlar Holding, Tamer Ozyurt, stressed that these are impressive projects with high added value; so, investors interested in lots will have the opportunity to make a considerable profit in a short time. And this is not even to mention that the prices of housing for sale in Istanbul are growing faster than rental rates.
Another interesting residential complex, which will appear in the metropolis very soon, will be located near Topkapi.
