Prices for prefabricated (factory) houses remain one of the most popular topics for discussion in recent months. Although this segment is also becoming more expensive, manufacturing companies periodically provide discounts as part of their campaigns aimed at attracting customers.
So, one of the firms is just now offering a 15% discount on a «baby» house the size of an apartment (1 + 1, area - 40 square meters). Taking into account the discount, such a house can be purchased and assembled on its own plot – on a pre–filled concrete foundation - for only 168,000 Turkish lira (TL); 45–meter, 2+1 format - for 197,000 TL; 70-meter - for 237,000 TL, etc.
Well, in the light of the recently announced social campaign from the authorities designed to support the poor – within which 150,000 TL subsidies are provided specifically for prefabricated houses – it turns out that a factory house of minimal format (the one for 168,000 TL), minus subsidies, can be bought for only 18,000 TL. You only need to provide the relevant documents confirming the right to a subsidy.
Another subsidy from among the recently announced ones is the opportunity to get 0.2 million TL for your own housing: also, for a detached house, but no longer factory-assembled.
