The TOKI Mass Housing Authority continues to invest in residential real estate across the country as part of a program that aims to build 1.2 million housing units by 2023. Finally, this program got to Alanya, a popular resort in Antalya province.
Residential buildings will be erected in the Alani district of Mahmutlar, in which 250 residences will be offered to new owners.
The tender for the selection of the contractor company for housing construction, infrastructure and landscaping will be held on August 5, 2022, it will be held electronically (online).
Mahmutlar is a large district of the city of Alanya, 12 km from its center, less than 30 km from the now Gazipasa International Airport and 140 km from the provincial capital: Antalya proper. There is a very large Russian-speaking diaspora here, as in Alanya and Antalya. Mahmutlar may well be called an unofficial small town.
Recall that Alanya may soon be allocated to a separate province: discussions on this issue are periodically resumed. In the meantime, the city continues to develop actively; very soon a cultural center will be completed here (by the way, just in Mahmutlar) and a new kindergarten. The construction of residential projects that are not related to social ones is also proceeding at a rapid pace. The sales in the sought-after residential complex in Kestel have accelerated.
