The details of Turkish Airlines own development project (THY), which will appear in Yenisehir: Yenişehir Evleri Arnavutköy, have finally been revealed.
The project is being implemented in partnership with Emlak Konut; work is already underway.
However, housing here is not easy to buy: it will be distributed among the applicants.
According to information published by the Turkish media, only citizens who lived in Istanbul on the date of May 18, 2023 can apply for participation in the Yenişehir Evleri Arnavutköy campaign. And only those who buy their first home.
The initial fee is at least 20%; if desired, new owners can increase the amount of the initial payment. For the remaining amount, an installment plan is provided for 10 years (120 months). The number of monthly payments is already known: in Yenişehir Evleri Arnavutköy, contributions for the first-year amount to 15,000 TL for 3+1 apartments, 10,000 TL for 2+1 apartments and 7,500 TL for 1+1 apartments.
Applicants will be carefully checked to see if they have valid contracts for the purchase and sale of housing with Emlak Konut and TOKI.
There are other requirements, including age criteria.
But from the total number of residential residences in the project, special quotas will be allocated for vulnerable segments of the population: for example, 5% - for citizens with disabilities, 5% - for veterans, 20% - for young people.
Those who win the right to own a residence in Yenişehir Evleri Arnavutköy will not be able to sell this housing for 5 years.
