"Villa for half price" is offered in April by manufacturers of factory houses. And they are not joking: developers offer such a prefabricated structure, which is a detached house that looks almost like a villa, and in fact a panel duplex, for 839,000 Turkish lira (TL) - with its area of 150 sq.m.
Recall that "factory houses" (or "prefabricated houses") are buildings that are manufactured and offered as an alternative to capital structures made of reinforced concrete. As this sector has developed over the years, the position of prefabricated houses on the market has also changed: from "seasonal" temporary dwellings, they have turned into permanent ones.
Well, thanks to the constant improvement of the product, they have now become almost as durable as capital deliveries - at an incomparably lower price.
And prefabricated houses have some extremely attractive design features. First of all, increased resistance to tremors, due to the "flexibility" of the design. Companies producing prefabricated houses conduct seismic tests at the plant at the production stage.
So, this segment is developing very actively in Turkey. Manufacturers announce various promotions and discounts every now and then, and the authorities periodically support the purchase of such factory houses with subsidies - because this helps solve the issue of providing low- and middle-income families with their own housing.
As a result, prices for factory houses, taking into account subsidies received from the authorities, start from 100 thousand TL and even less; in terms of the current exchange rate of the Turkish lira to the ruble, this is about 400 thousand rubles.
Until now, the maximum amount that could be counted on from the state in the case of the purchase of a prefabricated house was 200,000 TL. But in the future, it may well increase.
