Citizens of the Russian Federation, Iran, Iraq and Ukraine bought the most housing in January

In January, Russia was still the leader among the countries whose citizens purchased the most housing in Turkey. Here are 20 of these states:

RF - 1557 housing units;

Iran - 526;

Iraq - 229;

Ukraine - 157;

Kazakhstan - 155;

Germany - 126;

Kuwait - 113;

China - 108;

Afghanistan - 76;

USA - 73;

Azerbaijan - 65;

Saudi Arabia - 61;

England - 57;

Canada - 45;

Egypt - 45;

Jordan - 44;

Algeria - 39;

Palestine - 38;

Yemen - 37;

Pakistan - 34.

As a result, the Russians bought almost three times more than the former "favorites" - the Iranians. Ukraine has also been consistently at the top of this monthly rating for the last year, although in January the volume of transactions concluded by citizens of Ukraine is almost equal to transactions with citizens of Kazakhstan.

Market experts believe that without Russians and Ukrainians, the volume of transactions with foreigners may decrease by 40%.

Recall that foreigners cannot apply for preferential housing; they can only use installments and similar promotions offered by the developer.
