The Office of Mass Construction (TOKİ) is launching four new campaigns with the support of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change. Four residential complexes will be built in Istanbul and Ankara for low-income families.

Tenders for all four projects will be held in late February and March 2024. The total number of apartments in all complexes is 1,318. The project in Çankaya (Ankara) will include 50 residences, Etimesgut (Ankara) will get 119 ones, Gaziosmanpaşa (Istanbul) will have 665 apartments, and the residential project in Zeytinburnu (Istanbul) will consist of 484 properties.

In addition to residences, there will be commercial areas for shops: from 6 in Ankara to a maximum of 40 in Istanbul residential complexes.

Moreover, the Istanbul authorities have stated that there will not be a single emergency apartment in Istanbul.
