April pleased the owners of land plots suitable for residential construction: manufacturers of prefabricated factory houses announced another action. According to which, for an amount equal to the cost of an ordinary good apartment, you can buy not just a separate house, but actually an entire villa.
Recall that prefabricated houses are an alternative for those who have their own land and at the same time cannot afford to purchase a full-fledged capital structure. Moreover, in terms of strength and durability, modern products of this kind are practically not inferior to traditional reinforced concrete buildings. In addition, the production of prefabricated houses in Turkey is local, and is constantly being improved; guarantees for products are issued for decades.
In April 2023, manufacturers announced a new promotion - the opportunity to purchase two-storey prefabricated houses in 3+1 and 4+1 formats at a price starting from 770 000 Turkish lira (TL). In terms of rubles, it is now less than three million. In addition, a number of companies allow the possibility of individual bargaining.
