Antalya and Alanya will be connected by a broadband highway

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan announced that a project has been approved for the start of construction of a broadband highway that will connect two large resort cities in Antalya province at once: Antalya proper and Alanya.

The length of the new transport route will reach 122 kilometers, of which 84 kilometers will be in five lanes, and another 38 kilometers will be in four lanes.

Due to the active population growth in the territory of Antalya province (partly due to immigrants), some transport issues are becoming an edge; so, the new highway will meet the needs of citizens, tourism, commercial enterprises, and agricultural firms.

Alanya has been experiencing a boom in development lately: a new hospital is being built here with charitable funds, an office has been opened to address various issues and problems of the population - by the way, he will also be engaged in the employment of those who wish. Gazipasa Airport, which recently became international, is expanding.
