Construction of a new large complex with a view of the Istanbul Canal starts

The Office of Mass Housing Construction TOKI has officially announced the imminent launch of a new giant project, a complex overlooking the Istanbul Canal.

It will be TOKI Arnavutköy, in the Arnavutkoi district (Cormorant quarter). 

It will be separated from the Istanbul Canal proper by only a little over two hundred meters. 

Investments in the project are estimated at almost half a billion Turkish lira, namely – 491,666, 296 real estate units. 

The basic land works are planned to be completed in 11 months, and to prepare this «pearl of Istanbul» for commissioning in two years.

Recall that recently appeared rumors about the suspension of the laying of the Istanbul Canal have not been confirmed: work is underway. Well, land, as well as real estate in the immediate vicinity of the future new transport «artery» are becoming more expensive, elite complexes and detached buildings appear here. Houses with a view of the Istanbul Canal have already been put up for sale, villas are also offered to buyers.
