Caja Maxx Royal - the first residential project of ETS Grup - went on sale. So very soon an elite residential complex with 27 villas will appear in Bodrum.
A plot was chosen for implementation in one of the most beautiful bays on the Bodrum coast, surrounded by olive groves and pine forests, 2 km from the village of Turkbukyu, 22 km from the center of Bodrum and 45 km from Milas airport.
A gym and an outdoor swimming pool are included in the infrastructure of the complex available to residents of Caja Maxx Royal; a "private" restaurant will also appear here.
While there are 27 buildings, there are actually more residences: 84. The fact is that three types of buildings will appear in the Caja Maxx Royal project: A, B and C.
Type A villas are detached buildings of 5+1 and 6+1 formats, with an area of 450 to 550 sq.m. Prices for them start from $4.75 million.
Type B villas are also independent buildings. These are studio, 1+1 and 2+1 apartments that can be used, for example, for guests or for rent. Type B villas have an area of 650 sq.m, their cost starts from $2.2 million.
Finally, type C villas (with an area of 250 sq.m) are, in fact, 29 duplexes 3 + 1, that is, with three bedrooms. This is a very comfortable apartment, worth $2.5 million.
Some residences have their own courtyard.
Sales of the Caja Maxx Royal Project have already started, and the commissioning of the project is scheduled for May 2024.
Several luxury projects are being built in the Bodrum area at once. One of it is Wox Yalıkavak in Yalıkavak; Porto Mare Bodrum in Akcabiuk Bay is also interesting.
