Within the framework of projects from the Department of Mass Housing Construction (TOKI), according to a nationwide campaign to provide low-income citizens with preferential housing, several hundred such apartments will appear in popular settlements of Antalya province: Alanya and Gazipasha.
In particular, there are 500 such residences on the territory of Alanya at once, and 300 in Gazipasha.
Households that meet all the conditions for participation in this promotion can already submit electronic applications. The promotion will be implemented with the participation of Ziraat and Halkbank banks; applications are accepted until the end of October 2022.
The actions from the Department of Mass Housing Construction will start across the country one after another.
So, a tender is expected for the construction of half a thousand residences in Bursa, which will also eventually go to the poor. Eight hundred new apartments will be handed over to low-income households in the Arnavutkey district of Istanbul.
