Mamak Municipality (the district of the capital of the Republic of Turkey, Ankara) announced the upcoming sale of almost five dozen apartments in 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1 formats located in the Altynagach quarter.
The auction will be held on May 10, 2023 at 10:00 by open bidding. The area of the residences varies from 85 to 155 square meters, the price of their "armor" for auction is from 33 to 57 thousand Turkish lira (TL); well, the starting cost of the lots themselves at the moment ranges from 1.1 to 1.9 million TL. For Ankara, this is a very low price for residences of such a square footage, especially since residential real estate prices there have soared in recent months.
Apartments and houses put up for sale by state structures - including municipalities - are good because they have "clean" documents, and surprises like other applicants for an apartment (double sale) or tenants who do not want to leave there cannot be expected.
Recall that recently the range of housing offered for rent in the capital has decreased by a third.
