The Office of Mass Housing Construction (TOKI), in partnership with the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, continues to bring new projects to the market. Recently, a tender was held for a project in Tuzla: Istanbul Tuzla 2023. Moreover, this is reportedly one of the most anticipated complexes from TOKI.
According to the information on the official website of the Housing Construction Department, 381 residences, as well as 20 shops will appear within the new complex.
Recall that Tuzla is a district in the Asian part of Istanbul, located on the coast of the Marmara Sea, near the districts of Kartal and Pendik: all three districts are very popular.
Earlier it was reported that a new project for four hundred lots will appear in the Maslak area. Pre-sales have also been opened for residences in a prestigious complex under construction in Bakhchelievler, also for 400 units.
