The work of the Department of Mass Housing Construction (TOKI), which is building 250 social apartments in the Alani district of Mahmutlar, is coming to an end.
So soon housing will be provided to 250 families; 175 apartments are being built in the 2+1 format and 75 - 3+1. The Chief architect of Alanya, Mustafa Toklu, assessed the progress of construction by examining a number of residences in the buildings.
Toklu clarified: "We are approaching the logical completion of the construction of TOKI residences, which are being built in the Mahmutlar district; this is a very important project for Alanya. Exterior work has been completed in 11 blocks of buildings out of 14; on the remaining three blocks, work is proceeding very quickly. The land works have come to an end. We are looking forward to meeting with the future owners of this property."
The resort town of Alanya - a favorite of many foreign investors - is growing rapidly, which requires investments not only in housing, but also in infrastructure. An expansion of the runway is planned at the airport; special options are also appearing for our smaller brothers.
