24 new residences with a view of the Golden Horn will appear in Istanbul

Developer Aksur Yapı announced the start of sales of residences within the framework of the Pierre Loti Mansions project (Pierreloti Konakları). 24 lots have been announced for sale, at the moment at special prices.

«Pierre Loti Mansions» were built on an area of 4200 sq.m., a garden of 1000 sq.m is also provided in the project. The project is divided into two blocks, each with 12 residences, a total of 24 luxury apartments.

The format of the residences is 2+1, 4 +1 and 4+2, their area varies from 80 to 160 sq.m. Residents of each apartment will be provided with one parking space.

The infrastructure will include such public spaces as a Turkish bath, sauna, gym, conference areas, a children's playground and a lobby (waiting room) for visitors and residents.

Pierre Loti Mansions is located a 30-minute drive from Istanbul's New Airport, 10 minutes from Taksim Square, 6 minutes from Eyupsultan Hospital and 10 minutes from the large Forum Istanbul AVM shopping center. Within walking distance - metrobus and Bayrampasha metro stations.

But the biggest advantage is that these are «species» residences with a panorama opening onto the Golden Horn Bay.

Prices in the complex currently start from 4.7 million Turkish liras (TL), and for two-level residences (duplexes) reach up to 11 million TL.

Earlier we told you that the average cost of 1 sq.m of residential real estate in Istanbul is close to $1,500, and in general, the order of prices is already akin to real estate prices in Miami.

In some areas, housing is becoming more expensive even faster than the national average and in the metropolis in particular, thanks to the opening of new transport routes.
