In parallel with housing, which will potentially be provided within the framework of social programs, other projects continue to be built in Turkey. First of all, in Istanbul, where it is now possible to purchase residences in 166 complexes at once.
As of the beginning of March 2023, many lots are offered in the largest Turkish metropolis, including:
- in Basaksehir - in 16 projects at once;
- 9 projects have been proposed in Buyukchekmedzh, Kagitan, Uskyudar, Kartal and Beylikduzu;
- in Bakhchesehir - 8;
- in Gokturk, Saryere, Kuchukchekmedzhe and Dying - 7 each;
- in Avdzhylar, Chekmekey, Beykoz and Maltepe - 6 each;
- in Pendik - 5;
- in Bakhchelievler and Sanjaktepe - 4 each;
- in Arnavutkei, Zeytinburnu, Eyup Sultan e, Atashehir, Esenyurt, Kadikey and Fatiha - 3 each.
Earlier we have already talked about two new Istanbul projects: Avrupa Konutları Yenimahalle for almost eight hundred residences and the elite complex "Pierre Loti Mansions" overlooking the Golden Horn Bay, where 24 lots are available to buyers.
