Three new projects from Kiler GYO will start in August in the largest Turkish metropolis: Reference Ümraniye, Reference Pendik and Reference Göktürk. Accordingly, they will appear in the districts of Umranie, Pendik and Gekturk. The launch of the projects will begin simultaneously with the start of sales, already in August 2023.
The building area of Reference Ümraniye, implemented by Kiler GYO in partnership with Emlak Konut GYO, is 67,413 sq.m; 313 residential and 46 commercial facilities will appear here.
Iller Bank will already "have a hand" in the creation of Reference Pendik; here the building area is much larger - 200,386 sq.m. There are also more lots for sale: 686 residential residences and 213 commercial premises. Housing formats: 2,5+1, 2+1, 3,5+1, 3,5+2, 3+1, 4,5+1, 4,5+2, 4+1, 4+2; and also, the 5+1 format is not so frequent for apartments: it is more characteristic of villas. The infrastructure includes many social facilities, such as a playground, a fitness center, a prayer room, a multifunctional hall, etc.
Reference Göktürk will appear on a site with an area of 51,144 sq.m. It is more modest in scale: there are 182 residences and one office. It will appear on the property owned by Kiler GYO.
