In June 2023, more than 208,000 contracts for the purchase and sale of real estate (not only residential) were signed in Turkey. The total amount of transactions amounted to almost 3.67 billion Turkish liras (TL).
80,504 are residential real estate, 37,619 are land plots, 66,057 are fields, 8572 are jobs. The remaining transactions fell on other categories of real estate.
Istanbul was expected to take the first place with 23,859 transactions: the largest Turkish metropolis accounted for more than 10%.
The next provinces included in TOP-10 of June in terms of transactions are Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, Antalya, Konya, Tekirdag, Gaziantep, Balikesir and Kocaeli.
