Primer Construction was built by the hands, the grit, and the values of Ibrahim YILDIZ, the visionary leader who continues to guide and inspire the company today. In 1973, Ibrahim YILDIZ established the company as Akın Insaat Inc. in Istanbul. As projects and aims got on bigger scale he has formed PRIMER Incorporation in 1993. Primer quickly became known as trusted, hard working, values customer satisfaction, quality, and the ability to meet schedules. By this reputation and an innate passion for building, Primer continued to grow and expand its reach and capabilities over the next decades to become the leader it is today. Primer also invests in tourism and hotel management by building Primer Apart Hotel in 1995 and Sea Sight Hotel in 2007. Both of these hotels are being run by shareholders of Primer Inc.
