Ground Floor

The ground floor has a large bright living room with two sofas, Smart TV
and leads into the kitchen/Dining area. The newly renovated fully
equipped kitchen has plenty of work top space and all the mod cons you
could desire and is next to the dining area with expandable table
seating up to 8 people. The kitchen area has floor to ceiling glass
walls offering fabulous views of the Mediterranean and if you like
eating outside, there is a marble table under a pergola offering shade
from the hot Kalkan sun. On the ground floor there is also a double
bedroom with pool views and separate WC and Shower.

First Floor

As you reach the first floor you will be in the landing where there are two sofas and a carpeted area for relaxing, reading or just listening to music. There is a large twin room with ensuite shower, the bedroom opens up onto it’s own spacious balcony with amazing views of Kalkan and the Mediterranean in the distance, it’s a spectacular view at sunset too!
On the same floor is the Master double bedroom, a spacious room with a double bed and patio doors onto it’s private balcony with gorgeous views. There’s a large en-suite bathroom and plenty of wardrobe space.

Roof Top

As you head up to the top floor you will find another spacious bedroom and its private bathroom under the eve of the roof. There is a door leading out to the roof top terrace where you can sit and enjoy sundowners, the views from here are quite spectacular.
